Can't change settings after first time #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Jira Plugin
2. Set Settings and save and exit
3. Try to change options like change password.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The "Options" link is greyed out.  This should be available to allow you to 
change the settings like Password.  Currently when my password changes I have 
to unistall and reinstall.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.0 Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
