Server settings getting dropped from left sidebar? #385

My brother was experiencing this issue and I had never seen it before and have been using this for a long time. Well it just happened to me as well. I have a bunch of server settings saved and many of the sites settings are now gone from the left side panel. Any idea what would cause something like this happen?
