Support Pixelfed #30

I'm now using this library for a service similar to fxtwitter that provides consistent embeds for the Fediverse, and being able to embed Pixelfed posts with that would be nice.

I'm personally willing to take on this task myself if there's not a reason you're not already supporting it.
