add a discord bot to ur suport server that includes a server bridge and add more logging capabilities to the bot so lots of live logs that get ported to discord

Right now there is just a proof of concept version available in "mc-to-dc...". Feel free to request log information you would like to have as well the format. Right now its just logging to discord: online, tpa request, died, !where request. @moderncraft1234
