0x84 - empty rtid #19

In one of the files I encountered the data type "0x84", tried to convert it in other programs there converting to "RTID (0)". The "Projectile" property in two places. The file is attached. PLANTPROPERTIES.zip

I think you are right. But it could also be RTID() or null (RTONSParser).
