Update Readme.md #24

There is no glib2 lib on my test systems (alpine, ubuntu, fedora), so we need to specify this dep in readme

glib is not required for this package, but bluepy requires it. I think, than this step is not necessary for most of users, so it will better to move them into troubleshooting section in Readme (it doesn't exist right now but it will be nice to have).
