In case of symfony/symfony, there is no .travis.yml for each of its components. All of these simply rely on the symfony/symfony status.
Determine a way to handle this case.
The whole "replaces" thing has some problems.
Any package could define it overwrites something and change its HHVM status without validation.
I dont know what to do here :(
