Provide SVG badges #38

Travis and poser.pugx.org have switched to generating SVG badges by default, which look a bit better than the PNG ones.

Providing SVG badges would be great here as well (and easily as http://shields.io/ can generate the SVG for you )

Thanks for your hint, SVG badges have been added: http://hhvm.h4cc.de/badge/symfony/symfony.svg The old PNG badges will still be delivered: http://hhvm.h4cc.de/badge/symfony/symfony.png

What a difference!
