Integration for HACS #31

Hi. I have created and tested this file, to make avaiable this repository from HACS :) Thanks for your work!

I have not yet worked with HACS - do I need to manually request to be added there?

If you add this file, users using HACS can instantly integrate your component by manually adding your repository.

If you request to be added your repo in "https://github.com/hacs/default/blob/master/integration", no need to add a manually repository, and show from default repos configured in HACS.
