Making the members link to the members tab #4

The members link currently just takes you to https://github.com/h5bp. This feels a bit weird. Not sure if this is on purpose or by mistake but I would guess it should take you to the members listing page.

Thanks! GitHub didn't used to have a dedicated members page. Makes sense to add this change now. Merged in 301b96283a5a3f4d8a9d13f5e08db0118e550f21
