Logo fix: new SVG logo to match PNG logo #6

A new SVG logo traced from the PNG version to make them identical. The .gitignore file is also updated to exclude Windows thumbnail databases from commits.

The Thumbs.db ignore should go in your systems global ignore file. The project-specific .gitignore is for ignoring project-specific files (like build products).

The new SVG has a lot of seemingly useless code generated by inkscape. It would be good to great rid of that stuff.

FYi, you don't need to close the pull request. Once you amend the commits locally, you can force-push the update to your feature branch and the new commits will show up here.
