The zh.json is in traditional chinese. Simplified chinese is also needed.

This PR renames zh.json to zh-hant.json for traditional chinese and adds zh-hans.json for simplified.

I was not able to get H5P CLI to build this project, so hopefully these changes work as proposed.
Please contact me if there's anything I can do to clarify or help getting simplified china to this library.
