Result.success not sent in xAPI 'answered' statement #137

Fill in the Blanks apparently does not send result.success in 'answered' xAPI statements. Other types do send it. Feature or bug?

Rather looks like omission. Added in https://github.com/h5p/h5p-blanks/pull/138
