HFP-3934 Fix initial slider tabindex #322

When merged in, will set the initial slider tabindex to 0 instead of -1.

The fix works well, but we need it on a different branch for testing, and changing the targeted branch here carries with it unwanted commits. I'm closing this pr and have commited it there instead: https://github.com/h5p/h5p-interactive-video/commit/9057b68b0b01c3bb020e54463cade8dd21cf5bae
