Hi, What does up grading exiting content to new libraries mean ? How can I test this ?
Which library are you trying to view when you get these error messages ? Which libraries package did you use when updating the old content ?
Hi
Thank you for taking the time to reply. It should read existing content
as http://
Most of our content are interactive videos. We upgraded the moodle hvp5 pluging from 1.0-rc.5 2016113000 to 1.0-rc.8 2017021500 Then we we went into the library configuration tab and updated to the latest libraries,
i think the error message included in the first post, details the libraries involved.
Best

I see, when you upgraded IV, do you know which version of IV the old version was ? Did you upgrade the libraries with the official package from H5P.org: https://h5p.org/update-all-content-types ?
Hi
I can't tell you which version of IV but I can tell you that I upgraded it to IV on the 11th December last year. I didn't download a specific package. The message on the libraries page of the module config would have said that your libraries were out of date and then I would have clicked a button to say download and install the latest versions. I imagine that was the official package.

I tried to set up a fresh server with the 1.0-rc.5 version and the library package from december. Created the content types where you saw the errors and IV with those libaries as well and upgraded to 1.0-rc.8 and the 2017021500 libraries. I was not able to reproduce the errors you have seen. Somehow your content has been corrupted, it could be that you do not have the correct write permissions in your server setup, or some other server setup. Could you check your server log for any errors that happened when you updated ? Unfortunately I don't think there is much more I can do to investigate this issue. Let me know if you are able to figure out why this is happening and I'll have a closer look. Thanks.
