Added passPercentage property #10

Added "passPercentage" property. This allows flexible customizing the question set. E.g. when 75 of 100% correct answers enough to show the success feedback.

Great work @pavloshevchuk, would you be able to do two things before I merge to master:

[x] Move pass percentage to 'behavioral settings'
[x] Ensure that all language files have the pass percentage field (you can use english strings)

That would be excellent if you could do those two things.
