Create pt-br.json #23

Adding the brazilian portuguese translation in a different file so that won't conflict with PT-PT translations.

This translation can also be used to create pt.json until the proper corrections for Portugal's portuguese are done, but this is just a sugestion. The grammar between Portugal and Brazil is very similar, but there are many words that have translation, meaning or are writen differently.
