Translations update from Translate H5P for H5P/wordpress-plugin.

Current translation status:

@icc The changes look huge, but they are only the output of msgmerge, which merges the .pot template file with the actual translations. The translations were seriously outdated (some are even 7 years old).

Now all translation files include all strings localizable in the php files and they also have correct line references.
