Updated French translations for WP plugin #42

Updated French translation to current H5P WP plugin. Translated half a dozen untranslated strings. Added French translation for the new "%s ago" string as per this forum discussion Pull request for class-h5p-content-admin.php to follow shortly.

Added changes to file class-h5p-content-admin.php to complete my previous pull request.

Great work! Would you be able to create a new Pull Request for the changes to class-h5p-content-admin.php as it isn't relevant to translations.

@rezeau , I'm having trouble copying your translation changes. I think it's because you may have deleted the branch that was hosting them. If you have the time, could you make a new pull request with just the translations and after I test those, I can test https://github.com/h5p/h5p-wordpress-plugin/pull/43
