3 years ago Hi, please provide the necessary steps to reproduce this for a fresh server instance. Was the "Quiz - Holiday ..." link available before the video was started by the student, and then disappeared when they pressed play ? And reappears if they refresh the page ?

3 years ago Thomas, I am the admin of the site Barry submitted. Barry gave me a replication of an affected course. See attached. Please restore the file, log in as a user (not as admin) and try to navigate past the video. The "Next Section" prompts do not appear in learner mode, but they do in admin mode. Without a "Next Section" prompt it is very very difficult for a online learner to navigate as they have no idea how to get to the next section after watching a video or taking a quiz. The only way the "Next Section" prompt appears in learner mode is if the browser is refreshed. It automatically appears when in Admin mode. If you can fix this you would be a genius help!!!!!!!!!! Our organization is all new to this (including me). Thanks so much in advance.
When using conditional activity rules in a course so as to stop users navigating to the next course section or activity the interactive video blocks the user navigating as soon as the video starts when using youtube.
Browser dev tools show the following difference when logged in as the admin and as a student. Notice the student login on the right of the screen show is not showing the navigation pane which it is on the left screen when logged in as an admin.
The user has too refresh the screen when this issue happens in order to advance to the next course item. We have tested this on other instances using the standard boost theme to discount this issue as being theme related.
