HTML decoding issue #474

When we use a 'go to slide' element and the title contains an apostrophe. then on the actual course presentation, it is displayed as ''' rather than the apostrophe. This will impact the accessibility and the visual, please could you address this issue? Thank you.

@aotsuka201 Could you please raise that issue in the respective repository, not for the moodle plugin? You are reporting for https://github.com/h5p/h5p-course-presentation. It would probably even better to report at https://h5p.org/forum/9 instead.
