One of my workers (mining CHIA) is shown as offline on the website after some time.

The miner still seems to work, after restarting it it will get online again, but after some time it is offline again???

Only one of my 2 worker show this

here are the log entries when this happens: time="2021-05-05T10:58:15+02:00" level=info msg="new mining info" file=loggers.go func=logging.CPrint height=234198 jobId=24548014 line=168 tid=62 time="2021-05-05T10:58:23+02:00" level=error msg="read message fail" error="websocket: close 1006 (abnormal closure): unexpected EOF" f7="{loggers.go,logging.CPrint,156}" f8="{server.go,websocket.(*Server).connect.func1,95}" f9="{asm_amd64.s,runtime.goexit,1374}" tid=62 time="2021-05-05T10:58:27+02:00" level=info msg="connect success" file=loggers.go func=logging.CPrint line=168 tid=202 url="ws://chia-hb2.hpool.com:9030/ws"

同样存在linux版本掉算力的问题,日志显示websocket连接错误,但该错误之后的日志都是正常的,网站上显示算力丢失,服务器重启以后恢复正常

I'm facing this too. Ubuntu 18.04. Linux 1.1.1

Updated to v1.2.0 but has the same issue. Info goes on without errors but appears offline on hpool

Same problem here from version 1.1.1. Versión 1.1.0 works well but new ones show as disconected after some time.

tschombe commented 3 years ago

only 1.1.0 seems to work in my case.

one note: I am connected to NAS (network storage) as shared folders on windows. engery management is turned OFF on the NAS so that disks do not go into sleep mode

@renenucci Your scan time exceeds the maximum time limit of 10s, it is recommended to check your hard drive

Yes, 1.1.0 works Fine here too.

@trying2016 I see, but, why the same hard drive works well with 1.1.0 version? I tested this night and works like a charm... And, what kind of verifcation can I do? Because it's all right in my side, I have not found any issues on my drives.

Oooh now I seee, we have the same condition! I'm using NAS too, maybe that's the reason, but, IDK why version 1.1.0 works fine and greater than that not.

Mb it's a new bug introduced... Have you tested on windows? Or are using Linux?

Is there a way to increase scan time?

tschombe commented 3 years ago

also for me only 1.1.0 works currently (i am using command line tool).

It would be great if there is a possibility to set the scan rate (only the initial scan rate) to a higher value. As soon as my NAS is connected, access is fast, but the iniitial time takes more than 10 seconds.

Hi, I checked Version v1.2.0-4 today and it seems to work for me too. Either my NAS folders get detected faster with this version or the problem seems to be fixed.

I dont think so, hold some hours and Tell us If continue working.

Here, It Works sometimes (1 hour +/-) before disconnect, even with 1.2.0-4

tschombe commented 3 years ago

after couple of hours i got an email that miner is offline, but i cannot check because hpool website is under maintenance...

switching back to 1.1.0 until the website is back online again

htchaan commented 3 years ago

the connection is dropped every day at around 0200 +8000. and even restarting the app cannot help the issue, just disconnected.
