Online plot status Unsigned #526

Hi, I have near 700 plots k=32 unsigned. I`m using your plotter and miner. Some plots were plotted with official chia.net cmd and then moved to systems without any official chia.net services running to keep these plots out of offcial chia.net client range. Which is fine to you. I am not earning money because of wasting time keeping my plots in your pool. You do not answer my emails sent to service@hpool.cn. You do not answer people on this forum. Status is still Auditing and we do not know what does it mean. We are your CUSTOMERS, remember it.

The only one thing you do is crying about ddos and other things. The only thing I see here is totally ignoring of people who bring you money. So how about you start doing customer service, be more transparent, fix your broken stuff and keep us informed about your deadlines in keeping your service up and running.

I am asking for this because right now THIS LOOKS LIKE A FRAUD.

22th. But there was one day I got 0.02 chia. One day. Then stopped without any reason, information. Just stopped.

it's like that for most people. Everything was going well. suddenly stopped

I have 400 plots 40 TB and for 3 days I am not getting a single fraction of chia. Online plot status Unsigned.. I have other friends with a fraction of what I have with no problems. I am still plotting and I will get to 600 in the next 2 weeks... Question : when I have the plots at HPOOL, am I still farming on the CHIA OFFICIAL ? this happen the moment Chia announced they will launch the official pool on May 30th

Update. Dear devs. This is ANOTHER day when I did not get any email from you.

  1. no email as a response to my service ticket;
  2. no email with "Dear users, your mining income today has been settled.";

Do we need to start looking for any Chinese organization to escalate it?

hi team, Just a quick update.. I am finally back online. The status now says Binding Check > Online. last night got some revenue distributed to my account after 4 days offline. not synching.
