Hpool 2FA Google Authentication #597

Pleases help me too ) I write letter to hpoolverification@163.com and service@hpool.link at 09.06.21. I update/flashed my phone on which Google Aunthificator was installed. Unfortunately, I forgot to save the QR code. Plz unbind Google Authenticator from my account. I have access to my account now. I can verify my account using sms code and login/password My Hpool login is alexfen118@gmail.com. Phone +7 9173754953.

Have you solved your problem? I have the same problem.

why you people have to be such bad person? You are using one of the greatest sharing platform (github) of the universe but still you can ask money in that platform and find it funny. I'm pretty sure you are the only one who laughs it.

i feel sorry for your soul which is already sold for the money.

I solved with change the hour in my phone.

My clock the phone equal to pc and autenticator function now. Try.

Por favor, ajude-me também) Escrevo uma carta para hpoolverification@163.com e service@hpool.link em 09.06.21. Eu atualizei / atualizei meu telefone no qual o Google Aunthificator foi instalado. Infelizmente, esqueci de salvar o código QR. Por favor, desvincule o Google Authenticator de minha conta. Eu tenho acesso à minha conta agora. Posso verificar minha conta usando o código sms e login / senha Meu login do Hpool é thyago21@msn.com . Telefone +55 11995160070

Please, unbind my google verification thyago21@msn.com change phone an did not backup google auth. i have acces to my mobile number and email please help me and reset google auth

  1. solution: https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/google-authentication-failure.html

  2. solution: Check your timezone and device time. PC time and mobile device time must be sync! and apply again first solution.

  3. solution: Use China local time all devices and apply again first solution.
