printplus is not compatible with Firefox ESR 31.5.0 #2

Dear developer,

printplus is not compatible with Firefox ESR 31.5.0, can you please add support for it?

Now, this is one of few add-ons we know of that are entirely free and can export web pages to PDF. We need it to GNU IceCat. Refer to https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Collection:IceCat_extension_working_lists#High_priority_add-ons for further reading.

Also, do your add-on use a server to generate the PDF or is it all done on the local computer?

I just found a solution.

"File - Export" needed

Apparently there's an inbuilt feature in Firefox that generates PDF files from File - Print.... Print to File (Output format PDF). I expected it to be seen under "File - Save Page As...", can someone please develop an add-on that display "File - Export" that when clicked on opens "File - Print..." and selects "Print to File"?

The add-on PrintPDF is not good enough as it saves the files directly instead of open the "Print..." window, so this gives the user less options.
