Problem during pip installation #91

Hi,

Trying to install Piexif I got the following error. My environment is Anaconda under Python 3.7. It seems to desire Python 2.6. I had not this problem in a previous installation but ssl evolved rapidly ...

What is the solution to install Piexif ?

try reinstall pip
