Summary

Lower the house density in towns so it doesn't look so crowded.

Motivation

Here is what we currently have: 2021-06-28_17 16 43 As you can see, this is absolutely ridiculous. I suggest we turn down the house density in towns.

I'm gonna rewrite it anyway because I have to do something special for the npc system, so chill for a bit

Speaking of my custom structure code, not the town one, but the other one that's broken - that's going out the window in favour of probably vanilla's system
