Pyrit freeze system in 'phases' #226

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile 0.3.0 Pyrit
2. Compile CUDA addon
3. Install latest NVIDIA Drivers 260.19.29

64bit system using 64bit NVIDIA Driver

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting pyrit working, it does, but freeze whole system, then release for 2 
seconds, then freeze again and so on and so on

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.0 on Kubuntu 10.04

Please provide any additional information below.

if you do in graphic shell the freeze is normal because the GPU is dedicated to 
calculation and can refresh the video not in high ratio. Try to do without X 
server running.
Go in Alt-F1,
/etc/init.d/kdm stop
run again pyrit.
