Hi is it posible to run OpenWebRX on Windows and if I can run it with AirSpy and if I can decode RDS with it

PS: does anyone know any javascript RDS Decoder?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to run OpenWebRX on Windows yet (I have tried to run it in Cygwin).

OpenWebRX does not support decoding nor WFM, nor RDS on any platforms.

It is possible to use an AirSpy with OpenWebRX however, look at the wiki.
