[feature request] Add ability to save frequencies #93

Would it be possible to add the ability to save frequencies (and modulation, bandwidth) like with bookmarks or something like other SDR software can do?

As a workaround, you can use this feature to create bookmarks:

http://localhost:8073/#freq=145555000,mod=usb

I admit that the hash should be updated when you tune around.

I've seen some SDR software packages that have bookmarks in the SDR band itself. That'd be the best solution, IMO. I know you've had issues with the specific project, but I like the KiwiSDR bookmarks at the top of the display.
