unable to transmit #12

hi qtcsdr installed ok but when i try to transmit i get this error message, gtcsdr rpitx Version 0.1 compiled Dec 4 2019 (F5OEO Evariste) running on Unable to determine hardware version. I see: Hardware : BCM2835,- expecting BCM2708 or BCM2709. Please report this to projects@drogon.net not sure if i have selected correct sound device and am unsure how to. any help apprecciated geoff

I think this is a problem with rpitx, not qtcsdr

For example, this issue looks relevant: https://github.com/F5OEO/rpitx/issues/73

Note that I've tested Qtcsdr a long time ago and I'm not sure that it's compatible with the current rpitx version anymore.

Hi thanks for your reply, am able to install rpitx on its own and run test program successfully but fails using it under gtcsdr . Tried to update wiringpi but don't appear to be updates available. Geoff
