Fix problem with missing .gitignore file #3

  1. Add .gitignore with the same rules as in .hgignore but adopted to be valid for git
  2. Untrack all files that match rules in .gitignore

Thanks! I accepted the pull request. I must have made the mistake when importing from hg. :)
