feat: fault permeability scheme #112

differentiate between thickness, b, (dimensional aperture) and (hydraulic) aperture, a, (cubic law). In faults, permeability is now computed as k_init + da^2 / 12. Then, the diffusivity term is scaled by b0.

Changes in a originate from dilation/lift-off: da. Then, a = d0 + da. We also set b = b0 + da, i.e. da=db.
