I'm the dude that posted the 'first working' g# yesterday and I'd like to work on the draft.
I must admit that I've never used github before (although I did use git) so the whole fork and merge model is quite new to me. What do you think of this way to collaborate?
Of course everybody would need to have the same coding style, I think I used the style you introduced (one space to go into a new section or subsection) correctly, although there were no code blocks, so I don't know how we should do these.
This commit has the draft for the TIER switch statement we came up with yesterday.
