Trying to setup the extension I got stuck in the setup process as the command pagespeedinsights:run is not listed in the Scheduler command list.
pagespeedinsights:run
Further debugging shows: I can see the command in typo3cms bin but not in typo3 bin.
Sidenote: Registering console commands in Configuration/Commands.php has been deprecated and will stop working in TYPO3 v11.0
