bash script to start imaging and detection

Task description: As an imaging system operator, in order for me to observe the predictions from the classifier to do my analyses and validate for ground truth, I need to run a simple command line to upload images to the server and retrieve the classifier predictions.

Features of the bash script

• [x] upload images to svcl server
• [x] convert images to jpeg
• [x] feed to a desired classifier to get predictions
• [x] return predictions back to the static html to show the classified images and generate plots
• [x] automatically create date directories
• [x] complete pipeline (parallel upload images to server)
• [x] refactor add_predictions (point predictions and static html to be relative)
• [x] sftp online website
• [x] manually refresh static html after annotations
• [x] automatically launch remote static html to online website and be able to make annotations
