Story: As a researcher, I want to make sure that there aren't any air bubble, kelp, or sand images (garbage basically), when I am deploying my classifier on-field images to get an estimated in vitro concentration. Thus, as a tool for image annotators, I'd like to be able to mark bad images and be given the option to delete these bad images from the dataset.
