Story Description:
As a researcher conducting in vitro imaging analysis, I'd like to compare my averaged concentration estimates to the microscopy analysis. The question is how would I like to study this comparison? How good is the microscopy estimates, compared to the invitro? What plots can I produce to visualize this relationship? Is there any computation I need to compute along with these plots? The analysis process should be somewhat similar to the in situ imaging analysis vs microscopy, but I'm still unsure what that might be, so part of my task is to figure that out, before we finish collecting data.
Once my data is collected, I should be able to hit the ground running with conducting this analysis. This task will be closed once I present my analysis.
