As a researcher, we need to have microscopy counts from all targeted classes to compare with the in situ and in vitro counts.

Definition of Done (DoD):

[ ] Excel file of all the counts from every class + sample times + dates
[ ] Verbal confirmation that these same dates were used to help create Kasia's dataset. Also to add in if we could get access to those dates.
