[Syntax Highlight] Please Add Highlight for the Index Term

Hello. In AsciiDoc(tor), we can write index term by placing multiple parenthesis, but no highlight is currently (f14a9dc) provided for this syntax.

The Lady of the Lake, her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite,
held aloft Excalibur from the bosom of the water,
signifying by divine providence that I, ((Arthur)), // ←Here
was to carry Excalibur (((Sword, Broadsword, Excalibur))). // ← Here
That is why I am your king. Shut up! Will you shut up?!
