Oracle Support #11

Initially reported by: @chrismeller as #TRAC358 This ticket will serve as the base for Oracle DB support.

Author: @chrismeller Alright, here's a first pass at the Oracle schema. Do a search and replace for "h__" with whatever you want your prefix to be, then execute.

I'd love to find someone else with easy access to an Oracle box to test on (or someone willing to install it in a VM, it's easy).

Author: @michaeltwofish This is a feature addition, not a bug fix, and as such it should not be included in 0.5.

Author: @ddebernardy Patch needs a big update. I suggest we close this pending renewed interest. As in, when someone decides it should happen, it'll happen...
