Anonymous persistent client-side sessions

• [x] Create session class backed by IndexedDB
• [ ] Make request to server identifying client session
• [ ] All jobs tied to client session id
• [ ] Server to send job updates and logs only to specific session id
• [ ] Load all jobs from previous sessions including results (and logs?)
• [ ] Allow user to delete session
