Add selecting what to load from a scene #73

Granularity cannot be achieved with things like choosing to only load hand presets rather than pose because the whole pose is saved.

Implementing this should be as simple as just loading skipped data and throwing it away.

Some examples of things to selectively load off the top of my head:

Poses
Lighting
Effects (Maybe even individual effects)
Background
Props (Could consider distinguishing (non-)attached props)
Facial Expressions
Gravity

Implementing this would make "background" scenes obsolete which I see as an absolute win. Don't think anyone would be sad to see those go.
