Add support for x0 male bodies #74

Adding support for new male bodies requires a lot of restructuring of Meido, MeidoManager and subsystems that interact with them.

Support for non new male bodies could also be added but x0 male bodies are a priority.

TODO:

[ ] Figure out how to spawn men with the new male body.
[ ] Rework MeidoManager to also manage men.
[ ] Rework IK to be able to handle men.
[ ] Remove edit mode integrations from men.
[ ] Rework UI logic to reflect changes.
