Update build.json #59

Due to an older UserAgent in version 0.62, signal servers are rejecting client connections. (See https://github.com/bbernhard/signal-cli-rest-api/issues/286, https://github.com/bbernhard/signal-cli-rest-api/issues/287, https://github.com/AsamK/signal-cli/issues/1022). This dev build resolves the issue while the maintainer of signal-cli-rest-api works to update the repo to the latest version of signal-cli.

haberda commented 1 year ago

I can merge this into the edge builds, but I'd rather not release this until 0.63 comes out and the issues are resolved. If you're running the edge repo then you will have it.
