Add bracket commands #6

Use custom per language config, and just re-implement bracket searching so I can do the fancy selection stuff I want to do.

This isn't really viable: it requires re-parsing the entire file. This seems like a huge resource drain for something already built into vscode. I don't plan to implement this anytime soon.
