Operation failed due to an internal error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When Drag and Drop a Movie file

3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Then an error message is just showed: Operation failed due to an internal 
error. Curse the developer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using latest version of Sublines with Mac OS X 10.8.5 Mountain Lion

Please provide any additional information below.

I tried with many of mines movies but it's still showing the same error. I've 
atached a Screenshot too. I hope the Developer will fix it asap.
