Primary, secondary, etc colors are inconsistent between themes. For example, in heatmap one color is supposed to be "stronger" to represent that a goal is completed fully instead of just partially, but the colors used in different themes don't make that distinction obvious. On top of that variable names like --c-primary-container don't represent accurately what the color is actually used for.
