Dashboard: habits not loading #73

To replicate:

start on Categories page at /app/categories
click Dashboard on navbar
this happens Activities are loaded, but it seems activity-categories are not.

This also happens when we navigate to Dashboard from options or info page. It does not happen when we navigate to Dashboard from home page.
