Inside HabitusGUI we allow user to change GGIR parameter mode in the configfile, but this is not used by GGIR.
GGIR argument mode is in contrast to most other GGIR parameters not part of the parameter GGIR loading and checking process, even not when we supply it via argument configfile.
From a GGIR perspective this is intentional because it wants the user to be in control of mode irrespective of what mode is inside the config file.

Let HabitusGUI read and use mode from the configfile.
